Resolution To resolve this issue when using Windows 10 1507 or 1511, install Surface Marvell driver version.67 by downloading the updated driver from this.
Cause
Windows 10 1607 includes a new Surface Marvell driver 15.68.9040.67, and that driver is installed automatically when Windows 10 1607 is installed on Surface Pro 3 or Surface 3.
Resolution
To resolve this issue when using Windows 10 1507 or 1511, install Surface Marvell driver version 15.68.9040.67 by downloading the updated driver from this article.
